Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but there were cleanliness issues with the couch and cushions. The TV and utensil problems were frustrating. However, the location right in front of the sea was breathtaking.

I interacted with Jarissa, Santiago, and Juan during my stay, and they were very nice and made me feel welcome. Although the food was not top-notch, the staff tried their best to make my experience pleasant.
